We hold contracted and negotiated fares with a large group of international carriers. Those fares are not published on public search engines, and they often carry different rules than a standard ticket. When you send a request, an advisor checks live availability against every fare type we can access and comes back with the options that make sense for your dates.

Yes — Business Class is the majority of what we book. Tell us your cities and dates and we will compare non-stop and one-stop options, including the aircraft and seat type on each leg, so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Yes. True First Class exists on a smaller number of carriers and routes, so availability is tighter and we usually recommend booking further ahead. If First Class is not available or not good value on your route, your advisor will say so and show you the best Business Class alternative instead.

That is where an advisor helps most. Open jaws, multi-city routings, stopovers, mixed cabins and trips with several travellers on different dates are all things we price by hand. Add the details in the notes field on the quote form and we will build the itinerary around them.

In most cases yes. The tickets we issue are regular revenue tickets on the operating carrier, so you can usually add your frequent flyer number and earn miles and status credit as normal. Earning rates vary by fare class, so ask your advisor to confirm for your specific itinerary.

Premium cabin tickets normally include a generous checked baggage allowance — commonly two checked bags per traveller, plus carry-on. The exact allowance depends on the carrier and route, and your advisor will confirm it in writing with your options.

You get an immediate confirmation with a reference number, and an advisor picks up the request. Most travellers hear back within a couple of hours during business hours. There is no payment or commitment at that point — you are simply looking at options.

Yes. We regularly ticket departures inside 72 hours. Late premium cabin inventory does get released, and knowing which carriers do that on which routes is a large part of the job. Call us directly for anything departing within 24 hours so we can work it in real time.
