Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

bizclassfares.com (the "Service") is operated by the fare desk described in this policy ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Service — browsing the site, sending a quote request, or speaking with an advisor — you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in Definitions below.

1. Definitions

a) Cookies Small pieces of data stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

b) Data Controller The entity that determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, any personal information is processed. For the Service, that is us.

c) Data Processors (or Service Providers) Any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Data Controller — for example an airline, a ticketing partner, an analytics provider or an email host.

d) Data Subject (or User) Any living individual who uses the Service and is the subject of Personal Data.

e) Personal Data Data about a living individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data combined with other information we hold.

f) Service The bizclassfares.com website and the advisor enquiry service offered through it.

g) Usage Data Data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself — for example, how long you spend on a page.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information in order to provide and improve the Service.

Personal Data

When you send a quote request or contact an advisor, we ask for information that can be used to contact or identify you. That may include:

a) Name and email address

b) Telephone number

c) Postal address, city, state, province, ZIP or postal code

d) Travel details you choose to give us — departure and arrival cities, dates, number of passengers, cabin preference and any notes you add to your request

e) Cookies and Usage Data

We may use your contact details to send newsletters, marketing material, or information about fares and services that may be of interest to you. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to the address at the end of this policy.

Usage Data

We also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Service. This Usage Data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Tracking and Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and to hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier; they are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use some portions of the Service.

Examples of the cookies we use:

a) Session Cookies — we use these to operate the Service.

b) Preference Cookies — we use these to remember your preferences and various settings.

c) Security Cookies — we use these for security purposes.

3. Use of Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

a) To provide and maintain the Service

b) To prepare and deliver the fare quotes you ask for, and to arrange bookings you authorise

c) To notify you about changes to the Service

d) To allow you to take part in interactive features of the Service when you choose to do so

e) To provide customer support

f) To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service

g) To monitor the usage of the Service

h) To detect, prevent and address technical issues

i) To provide you with news, special offers and general information about fares, destinations and services similar to those you have already enquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information

5. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations — for example, where we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws — and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of the Service, or where we are legally obliged to retain it for longer.

6. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We are based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer that data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

7. Disclosure of Data

Booking and fulfilment

To price a quote or issue a ticket, we share the travel details you give us with the airlines, consolidators, global distribution systems and ticketing partners needed to fulfil your itinerary. We share only what those partners need for that purpose.

Business transaction

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will give notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Disclosure for law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court or a government agency.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

a) Comply with a legal obligation

b) Protect and defend our rights or property

c) Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

d) Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

e) Protect against legal liability

8. Security of Data

The security of your data matters to us. Enquiries are submitted over an encrypted connection, and access to them is limited to the advisors handling your trip.

No method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. “Do Not Track” Signals Under CalOPPA

We do not support Do Not Track (DNT). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.

10. Your Data Protection Rights Under GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to know what Personal Data we hold about you, or want it removed from our systems, contact us using the details below.

In certain circumstances, you have the following rights:

a) The right to access, update or delete You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it.

b) The right of rectification You have the right to have your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

c) The right to object You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

d) The right of restriction You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

e) The right to data portability You have the right to be given a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.

f) The right to withdraw consent You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where we relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. You also have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data.

11. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analysing how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of the Service, such as Google Analytics, which tracks and reports website traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Behavioural remarketing

We may use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites after you have visited the Service. Each provider offers its own opt-out:

a) Google Ads — opt out through Google's Ads Settings page

b) Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) — opt out through Microsoft's advertising settings

c) X (Twitter) — opt out by following X's personalised-advertising instructions

d) Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — opt out through your Meta ad settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance

Payments

Where a booking requires payment, it is taken by the airline, the ticketing partner or a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store or collect your payment card details on the Service; those details are given directly to the processor, whose use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy.

13. Children's Policy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Travel details for children travelling with you may be supplied by the responsible adult making the booking.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date at the top. Where the changes are material, we will let you know by email or by a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect.

You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Additional Disclosure Regarding Cookies

What are cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your web browser by a website you visit. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows the Service or a third party to recognise you, make your next visit easier, and make the Service more useful to you. Cookies can be persistent or session cookies.

How we use cookies

We use both session and persistent cookies for the purposes set out below:

a) Essential cookies Used to remember your preferences and the details you have already entered, so a quote request survives a page reload.

b) Analytics cookies Used to understand which pages and routes are viewed most often, so we can improve the Service.

Third-party cookies

In addition to our own cookies, we may use various third-party cookies to report usage statistics for the Service and to deliver advertisements on and through the Service.

Your choices regarding cookies

If you would like to delete cookies, or instruct your browser to delete or refuse cookies, visit the help pages of your browser — Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari each document the controls they offer. Please note that if you delete or refuse cookies, some features of the Service may become inaccessible or stop working correctly.
